Prohibited Items

Locko Storage is a trading name of Locko Ventures Ltd. References to "the Company", "us", or "Locko Storage" within this document refer to Locko Ventures Ltd.

The following items must not be stored in any container at any Locko Storage facility:

Hazardous or Toxic Materials

  • Explosives: Including fireworks, ammunition, and flares.
  • Gas Bottles/Canisters: Propane, butane, or LPG cylinders.
  • Fuels & Oils: Fuel, motor oil, or petrol.
  • Chemicals: Paints, solvents, thinners, industrial chemicals, or toxic waste.
  • Asbestos: Any asbestos or asbestos-containing materials.

Flammable or Combustible Items

  • Ignition Sources: Firelighters, matches, and lighters.
  • Combustibles: Charcoal, BBQ fuel, camping stove fuel, or lighter fluid.
  • Aerosols: Pressurized aerosol cans (including deodorants, hairsprays, and spray paint).

Illegal or Restricted Goods

  • Weapons: Firearms, weapons, or imitation weapons.
  • Narcotics: Illegal drugs or prescription drugs not registered in the owner’s name.
  • Illicit Goods: Stolen property, counterfeit goods, or unlicensed materials.

Perishables and Foodstuffs

  • Food Items: Any food or drink, including pet food (this strictly includes sealed or canned items).
  • Pest Risks: Any items highly likely to attract vermin, pests, or insects.

Living Organisms

  • Living Things: Animals, livestock, pets, plants, seeds, or compost.
  • Remains: Human or animal remains.

Pressurised or Unstable Goods

  • Cylinders: Pressurised cylinders or containers (gas, air, CO₂).
  • Safety Devices: Fire extinguishers.
  • Corrosives: Any item that may leak, corrode, or release toxic fumes.

Currency and Valuables

  • Money: Cash and physical currency.
  • Valuables: Jewellery, precious metals, or high-value collectibles.
  • Documents: Important legal documents (passports, wills, deeds, etc.) — unless they are copies.

Radioactive or Biological Materials

  • Radioactive items: Materials or specialized equipment containing radioactive substances.
  • Medical Waste: Biological samples or medical waste.

Criminal Activity

  • Unlawful Goods: Items intended for use in terrorism or unlawful activities.
  • Tools: Forgery or hacking tools.
  • Surveillance: Surveillance equipment without appropriate legal licenses.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Enforcement & Inspection: Locko Storage reserves the right to inspect any unit suspected of containing prohibited items, and to involve law enforcement where necessary. Breaching these rules will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement, the removal of items at your expense, and potential legal action.
