Can I park next to my unit?
Yes. One of the key benefits of our site is drive-up access, allowing you to park directly outside your container for easy loading and unloading.
Are there any items I cannot store?
Yes. For safety and legal reasons, you must not store: flammable or hazardous materials, explosives or chemicals, illegal goods, perishable food items, living creatures. If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before storing it.
Are the containers weatherproof?
Yes. Our containers are wind and watertight, keeping your belongings protected from rain and the elements. Like all steel containers, some condensation can occur with changes in temperature. To help reduce this, all of our units are treated with Grafo-Therm, an anti-condensation coating that absorbs moisture and helps it evaporate.
N.B. condensation can occur if you store anything wet or damp in the container, please make sure that all goods are 100% dry before storing, and as an added precaution we’d recommend drying your feet before entering.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
We include a lock in the rental fee, subject to a £50 deposit. We will then arrange a time to meet you on site, to show you your unit and give you your key. If you prefer, you can bring your own padlock.
